Our small classroom sizes truly set us apart from many schools, enabling us to create customized and individualized academic plans for each student. Small Class Sizes
We have two teachers per classroom with 12-14 students per class. Differentiation occurs in each every subject and every level of learning.
Discussion and Project Based Learning
We provide discussion-based learning which is a teaching approach that involves students actively participating in group discussions to explore and deepen their understanding of a topic. In addition, we provide, Project-based learning which is a teaching method that involves students working on a project over an extended period of time to solve a real-world problem or create a final product. Both of these learning methods encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity, and allow for a more hands-on and engaging learning experience for students. This helps students become independent thinkers.
ICAPS
Individualized Care and Academic Plans are created for each student. This allows the instructors to teach overall development and academics that specifically meet your student's goals. For high school, this would be the start of a career and post secondary education plan. For Elementary and Middle School this focuses on foundational, developmental, and educational building blocks.
Professionals
We have professionals from all different backgrounds that work with our students providing the best academic and developmental care. This includes certified teaching instructors, staff specialized in various specialties such as Autism, Early Childhood Education, Orton Gillingham, Dyslexia, Math, Science, History, Psychology Agriculture, Aeronautics, English and Behavior. We also have therapist on campus that specialize in DIR Floortime, Speech, Occupational, and Behavioral Therapy.
